The center is located between the National stadium "Vasil Levski" and the stadium "Bulgarian army", very close to the Bulgarian National Radio. The place is enormous - more than 8 000 square meters. The complex has:
- 4 football playgrounds covered with artificial grass
- a tennis court
- a playground for the popular French Petanque game
- a table tennis court (5 tennis tables)
For the comfort of the clients, there are two outdoor and indoor dressing rooms, 250 seats if you want to watch a sports event, lighting on each playground, a parking lot with 30 seats and a bicycle stand, a cafeteria for relax and recreation.
